Our Executive Search Process
At Kimberley Consulting, we understand that each client has different needs and expectations. Kimberley Consulting offers our clients a personalized approach to the executive search and recruitment process, taking into account our clients' strategies, goals, recruitment needs and corporate culture.
Step 1: Define Objectives and Specifications
Our search and selection process starts with a thorough briefing and in-depth discussion with our client in order for them to thoroughly understand the client's business model, marketing strategy, financial strategy, reporting procedures, position specification and candidate qualifications. Following this meeting, a job brief will be drawn up. Based on the job brief and client's preference for candidates from specific industries or organizations, we will conduct the necessary search.
Step 2: Identify and Assess Candidates
Kimberley Consulting utilizes a combination of personal networks, expert referrals, computer database, organizational mapping and advertisements to locate and identify suitable candidates. We will screen evaluate and shortlist candidates to recommend to clients.
Step 3: Interviews
We will facilitate client interviews of candidates and obtain feedback from client and candidates. Evaluation report of candidates will be prepared and short-listed candidates will be selected for extensive interviews.
Step 4: Reference Checks
At least two reference checks are also conducted with peers and managers to generate a comprehensive profile of the candidates' qualities, strengths and weaknesses.
Step 5: Selection of Executive
After the best suited candidate is selected by our client, we will help negotiate salary and benefits for our client.
Step 6: Follow-Up
We strive to ensure a smooth transition and assimilation of the executive into our client's corporation for the client's satisfaction.
